What happened to the library? The save option? The 'natural' voices I paid for? I want the old version back.

I have reached out to customer service a couple times and they are neither helpful or timely. When I start the program, if I don't listen the start-up screen first and I try to open a document it crashes. The button for saving as mp3 stopped working so now I have to do everything under "batch convert" even for one document. I have never bought a piece of software that is so finicky about what order you have to do thing. I liked version 9 much better and have resorted to using that for some of my needs.
